Notes of clove, licorice and sandalwood

Laku refers to classic Finnish licorice candies. This is a licorice with a spicy, woody scent which has a bold, intriguing edge. The scent blends deep licorice with a warm hit of spice and dry woods — think cracked cloves, bark, and slow-burning roots. The scent is spicy, earthy, and just a little wild. Sharp, grounded, and unexpected.

• Trim the wick to 5-7 mm before each burn.
• Always center the wick after each burn.
• During the first few burns, let the candle burn for approximately 4 hours, or until the melt pool nearly reaches the edge of the jar.
• Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of non-molten wax at the bottom.
• To prevent wax tunnelling, keep the wick at the recommended length and let the candle burn long enough.
