• Developed and hand-poured in Finland.

• Trim the wick to 5-7 mm before each burn.
• Always center the wick after each burn.
• During the first few burns, let the candle burn for approximately 4 hours, or until the melt pool nearly reaches the edge of the jar.
• Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of non-molten wax at the bottom.
• To prevent wax tunnelling, keep the wick at the recommended length and let the candle burn long enough.

Built around the tension of sweet and sharp, it layers deep licorice with warm spice and dry, woody elements—cracked cloves, bark, and slow-burning roots. The result is a composition that feels earthy, tactile, and a touch untamed. A study in sharp edges and grounded warmth, Laku is crafted to feel intriguing, warm, and just a little playful.

Candle Anatomy

Experience the harmony of soy, coconut, and rapeseed waxes, thoughtfully blended to elevate every moment of your candle ritual. Soy and rapeseed waxes, both grown and manufactured within the EU, provide a clean, steady burn and naturally slow the candle’s lifespan for longer enjoyment. Coconut wax, sourced from a trusted EU supplier, enriches and lifts the fragrance’s delicate notes. Every component is carefully selected to ensure consistently high-quality, beautiful raw materials.

Each candle is presented in a classic transparent jar, celebrating the timeless elegance of clear glass. Its tapered shape, narrower at the base, adds a touch of sophistication, while the thick, weighted bottom ensures stability and safe use. The glass is responsibly sourced within the EU.

Crafted with carefully selected materials and printing techniques, each label faithfully recreates the MYYS logo with subtle precision. The natural white surface has a soft, understated finish that blends effortlessly into any home. At first glance, the label appears minimal; on closer inspection, intricate details and textures reveal the craftsmanship behind each piece.

A signature feature emerges when the candle is lit: the label becomes partially translucent, allowing the logo to glow softly with the candlelight. Made from FSC-certified, wet-strength paper, the label is durable even in humid conditions and withstands temperatures from -40°C to 80°C, making it perfectly suited for candle use.

Every scent is developed in-house at our studio using raw materials sourced from Grasse, France, a region renowned for its perfumery heritage. We use perfumery-grade aroma chemicals—both natural and synthetic—to ensure consistent quality and performance. These refined ingredients create rich, complex fragrances with exceptional stability, longevity, and diffusion. By blending natural and synthetic components, we craft unique scents that transcend seasonal or regional limits, evoking emotions and telling stories. Each candle delivers a balanced, nuanced, and enduring aromatic experience.
