We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All card payments are processed securely through our payment service provider.

  • Direct Bank Transfer (available on request). If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by email at contact@myys.boutique before placing your order. We will provide you with the necessary details and instructions.

Currency

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT in accordance with Finnish tax regulations.

VAT & Taxes
  • Orders within the European Union are subject to 25.5% VAT (current Finnish VAT rate).

  • Tax-free orders for customers outside the EU. Please note that local customs duties or import taxes may still apply, depending on your country’s regulations..

Order Processing
  • Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will begin processing it immediately.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • Orders are shipped from Finland by Finnish Post Office.

  • Finland: Free delivery. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days.

  • European Union: Standard delivery time 5–10 business days.

  • Asia: Delivery time 5–14 business days.

  • For orders to other destinations, delivery times may vary depending on local postal or courier services.

Shipping Costs
  • Delivery within Finland is always free.

  • International orders over 100 € qualify for free shipping.

  • For orders under 100 €, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

  • For international deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Responsibility

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs checks, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & refunds
Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions
  • The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Return
  1. Contact us at contact@myys.boutique within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your return.

  2. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
